The rooms at Thang Long Opera Hotel have a modern décor and all the necessary amenities, making you feel right at home. With the air-conditioner, free Wi-Fi, and flat screen TV, it's easy to relax and unwind. The safety deposit box and mini-bar add an extra layer of convenience, and the free bottles of water every day are a nice touch. I loved having a tea-coffee maker in the room, perfect for a cozy morning cup. The bathroom with a standing shower was clean and functional. The best part was the balcony with a view of Tong Dan old-street - it was truly a charming sight!
Personally, I found the view from the balcony a bit lacking. It might not be the best if you're expecting breathtaking scenery.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the rooms were really nice, with super comfortable beds. The location was convenient, only a short walk to the old town and turtle lake. The staff treated me very well and were always friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have been better about the breakfast selection was more variety.

We recently stayed for two nights at a conveniently located hotel in the heart of the city. the staff at Thang Long Opera were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our needs. the rooms were clean, beautiful, and surprisingly quiet despite being on a street side. We enjoyed the pleasant stay and the easy access to the nearby lake and other attractions in Hanoi.
No negatives from this place. 😊.

We had an absolute blast trying out different activities like squid fishing and karaoke. It was so much fun chatting and drinking to each other on the sundeck. Plus, the kayaking and swimming added an extra dose of excitement to our vacation. We also loved watching the amazing performances of dolphins and sea lions, and the water rhythm music was simply mind-blowing. We couldn't have asked for a better time!
The only thing we wished for was a livelier party atmosphere for young people like us. It would have been awesome to have a dedicated space where we could dance and have a great time with other guests who were in the mood for some late-night fun.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to provide information about nearby attractions. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the bustling tourist area. Our room was spacious, clean, and felt like a five-star accommodation. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The balcony was an added bonus, especially for us smokers. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many tourist places and famous restaurants like a Bun Cha and 4Ps pizzeria just outside the Old Quarter. The hotel staff went above and beyond, ensuring that my needs were met and even packing snacks for my early morning checkout. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. Finally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that was well-prepared and had a good variety of choices.
Everything was spot on.

The hotel's central location was convenient for visiting the lake, sights, and tourist area. the bustling local lake was filled with people at night. the room was adequately clean, but the limited breakfast options were disappointing.
The house rules were strict, and there was a lot of noise from the construction of the building next door.

My city break was perfect thanks to the hotel's location, only a short walk from the heart of the city. The staff were extremely helpful, offering a chilled welcome drink on arrival and providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. The restaurant served delicious food and offered a variety of vegetarian options to suit my dietary needs.
The noise from the street that could be heard in the rooms, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at times. However, I would recommend requesting a room away from the main road if noise is an issue.
